Damaged Products

Our quality control team inspects all products thoroughly before dispatch. However, in rare cases, damage during transit may occur. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing us at [your email address] along with clear photos of the damaged item. We will assess and offer a replacement of the same or a similar item depending on availability. Requests received beyond 48 hours from the time of delivery will not be entertained.

Missed Delivery

Our logistics partners attempt delivery up to three times. If a shipment remains undelivered and is returned to us, we will re-dispatch it upon your request. Re-shipping charges of ₹250 will apply. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders that are returned, we will resend the order only after receiving advance online payment of the total order amount including the additional shipping fee.
